We are a dynamic recruitment marketing company seeking an experienced Paid Media Strategist to join our employment marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating and executing effective paid media strategies across multiple platforms, specializing in Google Ads, to optimize ad spending and user acquisition. As a Paid Media Strategist, you will manage our paid advertising campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring they meet the company’s goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Google Expertise: Manage and optimize existing Google Ad campaigns, develop new Google strategies, and serve as a subject matter expert on the platform for internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive paid media strategies aligning with company goals, focusing on lead generation and maximization.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to Google Ads.
  • Budget Allocation: Efficiently manage and allocate budgets across campaigns to ensure optimal spending while continually seeking opportunities to improve ROI.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics to measure success, including CPC, CPL, ROI, and conversion rates. Utilize data insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to strategies.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop engaging ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that resonate with the target audience and drive conversions.
  • Testing and Optimization: Implement A/B and multivariate tests to refine ad copy, targeting, and bidding strategies and ensure continuous improvement in campaign performance.
  • Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor strategies, and the latest digital marketing tools and technologies to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Reporting and Communication: Provide regular reports on campaign performance to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key successes and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a paid media or digital marketing role, with a strong focus on lead generation and/or user acquisition.
  • Applicants must possess comprehensive knowledge of various paid media platforms, with a strong 
  • emphasis on Google Ads, and experience managing search and display campaigns.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools, particularly Google Analytics, is essential.
  • Familiarity with additional platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other programmatic job boards will be considered an advantageous bonus.
  • Proven ability to manage large advertising budgets and achieve significant ROI.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Relevant experience in the employment advertising industry.
  • Firm understanding of the full lead-generation funnel (click, lead, application, hire).
  • Established history of managing Google Branded Search campaigns.
