Employment Type

full time employee

We’re looking for an exceptional Product Manager to help innovate and design the tools and systems that will allow CNB to be more productive, collaborative, and efficient. In this role, you will use your technical background and knowledge of our products, platforms, and user experiences to assist in making the best technological decisions and support the long-term sustainable evolution of our products.

You will bridge the gap between the business customer and the technology solution while owning the development of new platform capabilities; including 3rd party integrations, data and reporting initiatives across our products, and defining and improving data quality and processes.

-Own the creation, development, and ongoing maintenance of product features and enhancements.
-Liaise with business development, operations, client success, marketing, and executive stakeholders in communicating the product roadmap and managing inbound feature requests.
-Write user stories and other supporting requirement artifacts for development and our data services team.
-Perform data analysis, user testing, and competitive research to identify opportunities for product improvement and capabilities.
-Envision and build out proof of concept ideas that potentially will be used for enhancements or new solutions.
-Make sense of data from company databases and external sources to discover intelligence that drives new product value, retention, and operational efficiencies.
-Perform technical reviews of potential 3rd party partner solutions and their viability within our EcoSystem.
-Handle rollout, release, post-launch support, and issue triage; deliver a comprehensive summary of post-project metrics and areas of potential improvement, and apply insights to future efforts.
-Serve as a hands-on, flexible product manager with the ability to work across multiple teams, detailed oriented while considering the bigger picture and long-term strategy.
-Work with the Director of Product to build and drive a strong product culture that understands the importance of continuous improvement and learning.

Minimum Qualifications:
-3+ years of product management or similar experience.
-Technically minded. Not afraid to dive into the details to evaluate tradeoffs and ensure new features align with a consistent and scalable solution.
-Strong entrepreneurial orientation, a willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary for an environment that is more “start-up” than a big company.
-Comfortable facilitating planning and decision-making across several teams, and know how to encourage and empower teams to get things done.
-Strong UI/UX skills; ability to draft wireframes and communicate complex ideas visually.
-Ability to discover and eliminate complexity and ambiguity in projects to ensure clarity and establish goals and expectations for services requested.
-Can juggle multiple projects within a rapidly changing environment and change priorities quickly as required by the business.
-Thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to give and receive feedback.
-Familiar with working in JIRA, Confluence, or other similar project management systems.
-You excel in an agile environment based on constant iterative development.

Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience designing A/B experiments.
-Understanding of technical architecture and schema design.
-Experience with doing a CDP build-out and integration with services such as Particle, Segment, Tealium, and others.
-Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, and others.
-Experience with different data integration patterns – REST APIs, Messaging, and Event-based architectures.
