Career Now is seeking an Account Executive Coordinator to assist in account management for agency and non-agency accounts and boost outreach efforts for customer demos.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Support: Help Account Executives manage accounts by handling time-consuming, non-technical communication. This includes email correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining account documentation.
  • Outreach for Demos: Lead outreach initiatives to schedule demos for potential customers. This involves identifying and contacting leads, coordinating demo schedules, and following up to ensure engagement.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and demo schedules.
  • Feedback and Reporting: Regularly provide feedback on the outreach process and account management to help identify areas for improvement. Prepare reports on outreach efforts and account status for senior management to review.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A keen interest in sales, marketing, and account management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus.
